Job summary

Qantas Airways seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a major Transformation Program on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering parental leave. Based in the Adelaide CBD or Mascot, you will drive delivery across a technology roadmap and collaborate with stakeholders in SA and NSW.

You will establish delivery frameworks, manage risks and budgets, and ensure cohesive outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in program and project delivery.
• Degree qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent delivery certifications preferred.
• Proven track record leading large-scale delivery teams in complex portfolios.
• Experience across multiple delivery methodologies including Hybrid models.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting standards.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and budget to deliver cohesive outcomes.
• Lead stream leads and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
• Scale delivery practices in large, matrixed organisations.
