Job summary

Anglicare Australia Ltd is seeking a Head of Transformation - Enablement to steer enterprise transformation governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation. You will partner with executive leaders to prioritise initiatives and maximise value across the organisation.

This 12-month max-term contract reports to the General Manager Transformation and requires a proven ability to drive transformation across multiple business units, delivering measurable outcomes and sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs and portfolios.
• Strong expertise in governance, risk, and assurance within large organisations.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, planning and value realisation disciplines for enterprise transformation.
• Drive portfolio transparency, performance reporting and prioritisation across initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting and governance to maximise delivery outcomes and benefits realisation.
• Coach and build transformation capability across the organisation.
