Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is recruiting for a Head of Transformation - Enablement to lead the governance, portfolio management and benefits realisation across the organisation. This 12-month max-term role reports to the General Manager Transformation and partners with senior leaders to maximise the impact of the transformation portfolio.

You will drive enterprise-wide governance, risk and assurance disciplines, and deliver insights to the board to support strategic decisions and value realisation across

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation programs and portfolios.
• Strong governance, controls and assurance capabilities.
• Proven track record working with Executive Leadership Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing maturity of Anglicare's enterprise transformation governance framework.
• Drive portfolio transparency, performance reporting and strategic prioritisation across transformation initiatives.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of transformation performance, helping leaders make informed investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Partner with executive leaders to maximise delivery outcomes, remove barriers and realise the full value of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business and finance leaders to establish benefits management frameworks and track value realisation.
• Deliver executive and board-level reporting, insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Build organisational capability in transformation delivery, governance and portfolio management through coaching and leadership.
