Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Head of Transformation - Enablement to accelerate the enterprise transformation agenda. This is a 12-month max-term contract reporting to the General Manager Transformation, leading governance, planning, performance and benefits realisation across the organisation.

You will partner with executive leaders to maximise delivery outcomes, remove barriers and realise the full value of strategic initiatives while building transformation capability across the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs and portfolios.
• Strong expertise in portfolio, program and project governance.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, controls and assurance processes.
• Proven experience working closely with Executive Leadership Teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing maturity of Anglicare's enterprise transformation governance framework.
• Drive portfolio transparency, performance reporting and strategic prioritisation across transformation initiatives.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of transformation performance, helping leaders make informed investment and prioritisation decisions.
• Deliver executive and board-level reporting, insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
• Build organisational capability in transformation delivery, governance and portfolio management through coaching and leadership.

As our Head of Transformation - Enablement, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in accelerating Anglicare's enterprise transformation agenda. This is a 12-month max-term contract opportunity within our Transformation Office, leading the governance, planning, performance and value realisation disciplines that enable successful transformation across the organisation.

Reporting to the General Manager Transformation, the Head of Transformation - Enablement partners with executive and business leaders to maximise the impact of Anglicare's transformation portfolio. You will provide leadership across transformation governance, portfolio management, risk and assurance, benefits realisation and executive reporting, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable organisational change.

This highly visible leadership role will work across multiple business units, helping senior leaders make informed investment decisions, prioritise strategic initiatives and strengthen organisational transformation capability.

With integrity and influence, you will:

• Lead the development and ongoing maturity of Anglicare's enterprise transformation governance framework
• Drive portfolio transparency, performance reporting and strategic prioritisation across transformation initiatives
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of transformation performance, helping leaders make informed investment and prioritisation decisions
• Partner with executive leaders to maximise delivery outcomes, remove barriers and realise the full value of strategic initiatives
• Partner with business and finance leaders to establish benefits management frameworks and track value realisation
• Deliver executive and board-level reporting, insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making
• Build organisational capability in transformation delivery, governance and portfolio management through coaching and leadership

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced transformation leader with a strong background in portfolio management and enterprise-wide change. You combine strategic thinking with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and have a proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in complex environments.

You are also passionate about fostering cultures built on integrity, compassion, excellence and service.

What's Required

• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Significant experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs and portfolios
• Strong expertise in portfolio, program and project governance
• Experience developing governance frameworks, controls and assurance processes
• Proven experience working closely with Executive Leadership Teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, reporting and decision-support capabilities

What's Preferred

• Professional certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Prosci or similar
• Experience leading enterprise PMO, transformation enablement or portfolio functions
• Strong understanding of transformation risk management and benefits realisation frameworks
• Demonstrated success building organisational capability and transformation maturity
• Experience within large, complex and highly regulated organisations
