Job summary

Anglicare Sydney seeks a Head of Transformation to accelerate the organisation's enterprise transformation agenda. This 12-month max-term contract will lead governance, planning and value realisation, aligning multiple business units under a unified transformation strategy.

You'll partner with senior leaders, manage benefits realisation and report to the General Manager Transformation, shaping sustainable change across aged care, housing and community services.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise transformation programs and portfolios.
• Strong expertise in governance, controls and assurance processes.
• Experience collaborating with Executive Leadership Teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, reporting and decision-support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maturity of enterprise transformation governance framework.
• Drive portfolio transparency and strategic prioritisation across initiatives.
• Provide enterprise-wide visibility of transformation performance to leaders.
• Partner with executives to maximise delivery outcomes and value realisation.
• Collaborate with finance to establish benefits management frameworks.
• Deliver board-level reporting, insights and recommendations.
