Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, transformation or related discipline.
• Experience delivering outcomes in complex strategic change programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with translating needs into solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, outcome-focused approach and ownership mindset.
• Qualifications in BA, Commerce, Finance or Technology.
• Experience in M&A, core banking transformation or regulatory change is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives, including merger integration, regulatory and technology programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to support portfolio governance, prioritisation and informed decision-making.
• Analyse complex business challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for design and delivery of solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to resolve issues and drive outcomes.
• Lead or contribute to discovery, scoping, business cases and operating model improvements.
• Simplify complex information and provide insights to support planning and decisions.
• Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to strategic initiatives.
