Qualifications

• Background in marketing, creative agency, campaign, or consulting environments.
• Excellent writing skills, capable of shifting tone across audiences.
• Experience translating concepts into actionable briefs for designers and production teams.
• Strong design eye; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator).
• Able to adapt materials to fit client brands and environments.
• Confident presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications workstream on transformation programs – planning, writing and delivering content that drives adoption
• Design campaigns and write for a range of audiences and formats with an ability to simplify complex messages
• Apply a user experience mindset to change communications – shaping the journey, not just the assets
• Brief and guide designers, videographers and other creatives, ensuring quality and consistency
• Translate complex change objectives into clear, engaging messages and experiences
• Tailor communications to align with client brand styles, tone of voice and goals
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to shape approaches and drive adoption
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality adoption and engagement outcomes
