Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic, transformation or change communications within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging messages.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management at all levels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive and organisation-wide messaging.
• Experience developing communication strategies, plans and messaging frameworks.
• Highly organised, collaborative with strong cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the communications strategy, roadmap and messaging framework for the MCX Transformation Program.
• Lead program-wide communications with consistent messaging across milestones.
• Partner with change, stakeholder and business leaders to support readiness and adoption activities.
• Manage communication channels, governance, publishing schedules and central information source.
• Provide strategic communications advice and quality assurance to workstreams for alignment.
• Measure effectiveness and stakeholder sentiment to continually improve outcomes.
