McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMS) is seeking a Change Manager in Melbourne to lead end-to-end change across a large transformation. You will shape and execute a people-centric change strategy, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to minimize disruption and maximize benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex interdependencies across programs or initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, CMI) or equivalent preferred.
• Tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business, Organisational Development or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management across a large enterprise transformation program.
• Assess change impacts across processes, roles and operating models with view of interdependencies.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to objectives.
• Create stakeholder analyses, communications and learning plans to support execution.
