Job summary

The Apex Group in Sydney is hiring an Account Manager, Transfer Agency to oversee offshore delivery teams and maintain strong client relationships. You will ensure accurate processing of applications, redemptions, transfers, and distributions within SLA, while coordinating reconciliations and monthly statements.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in fund services, strong communication, and a solid understanding of financial markets.

Qualifications

• 2 years fund services experience.
• Commercial experience delivering services to clients.
• Exposure to offshoring models is advantageous.
• Can adhere to deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork and independent work capability.
• Interest in financial markets and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery quality of services to clients by overseeing offshore teams.
• Manage client relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide QA on applications, redemptions, switches and transfers.
• Review and release periodic distributions and investor statements within SLA.
• Review reconciliations and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Support compliance with client requirements and incident remediation.
• Coordinate Calastone transactions and month-end rebates.
• Prepare client management reporting and participate in servicing meetings.
