Apex Group is seeking an Account Manager - Real Assets Funds to manage client relationships and oversee fund accounting, investor services and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate onboarding, audits and due diligence while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of statements.

The role requires reviewing NAVs, trial balances, allocations and capital activity, with a focus on accuracy and client service across a portfolio of funds in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting/commerce or similar.
• 5+ years of fund administration work experience.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain client relationships for a portfolio of managed fund clients.
• Coordinate fund accounting, investor services, regulatory reporting, audit prep.
• Review NAV files, trial balance, GL, cash and reconciliation processes.
• Review allocations, admin/management fees, and waterfall calculations.
• Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors for timely completion.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance on investor onboarding and transactions.
