Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Australia is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of Real Assets Funds and serve as a client service lead. You will coordinate fund accounting, investor services, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong background in fund administration, excellent English communication, and a proactive approach to compliance (AML/KYC) and investor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in accounting/commerce or similar.
• 5+ years of fund administration work experience.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both Verbal and written).
• Motivated and deadline-driven with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationship for a portfolio of managed fund clients.
• Coordinate fund accounting, investor services, regulatory reporting, audit preparation, and due diligence.
• Review NAV files, trial balance, GL, and related reconciliations for accuracy.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance in investor onboarding and processing redemptions.
• Liaise with auditors and prepare investor tax statements and regulatory reports.
