Westpac in Sydney seeks a Transaction Banking SME to drive customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational excellence by enhancing team capability and executing Transaction Banking strategies across SME portfolios.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will uplift Transaction Banking expertise, support complex customer solutions, and help achieve growth and engagement targets while collaborating across business units.

Job Description

As a Transaction Banking SME, you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational excellence by enhancing team capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the consistent execution of Transaction Banking strategies across SME customer portfolios.

Partnering closely with the State Manager and key stakeholders, you will lead the uplift of Transaction Banking expertise, support complex customer solutions, and contribute to the achievement of business growth and customer engagement objectives.
