Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Transaction Banking Manager for an Emerging Corporates portfolio in Sydney. You will deliver tailored transaction banking, payments, and digital solutions, partnering with Relationship Managers to grow revenue and optimise client cash flow and automation.

You will advise on API connectivity, host-to-host integrations, and liquidity management while building trusted client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and growth.

Job Description

What's the role?

As a Transaction Banking Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering specialist transaction banking, payments, and digital solutions to a portfolio of Emerging Corporate customers. Working closely with Relationship Managers across Commercial and Business Banking, you'll identify opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and provide strategic advice that helps clients optimise cash flow, automate payment and receivables processes, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.

You'll partner with customers to understand their business operations and recommend tailored solutions across payments, collections, digital channels, automation, API and host-to-host connectivity, helping them streamline processes and unlock greater value from their banking relationship.

Key Responsibilities
