Job summary

Newmont Australia’s Boddington site is seeking a Superintendent, Training to lead the planning and delivery of site training that supports workforce capability and meets operational, industry and statutory requirements.

You’ll guide the training function, partner with stakeholders and strengthen the quality and effectiveness of learning across the operation, driving continuous improvement and strategic planning for capability outcomes.

Qualifications

• tertiary or recognised qualifications in learning and development or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the training team to support safe, effective performance.
• Develop and deliver training plans, programs and resources addressing operational priorities and workforce capability.
• Use training data to identify trends, recommend actions and maintain training records.
• Partner with stakeholders and external providers to improve learning outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and annual strategic planning for training outcomes.
