Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in mining or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of end-to-end technical training for site-based mining teams.
• Plan, schedule and facilitate practical sessions tailored to mining environments.
• Measure training effectiveness and refine programs for continuous improvement.
• Coach teams through field engagement and safety interactions.
• Liaise with external trainers and industry bodies to ensure best practice.
