Job summary

Monford Group requires a proactive Learning & Training Systems Specialist to lead development of company learning programs, handbooks and workshops. Based at the Perth Head Office with regular site travel, you will optimize systems and promote effective use of Monford's learning platforms.

You will collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure accurate content, strong administration of LMS, and ongoing improvements to training delivery across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field (desirable).
• Certification / Diploma in Training and Assessment advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience in training coordination/content creation.
• Experience building eLearning content within LMS platforms.
• Experience analysing training needs and designing training plans for multiple systems.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft and Adobe systems.
• Extensive experience with various web-based applications as a User, Admin and Trainer.
• Experience working in a site environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement learning programs, handbooks and workshops.
• Audit e-learning materials to meet learning ambitions.
• Engage SMEs to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise during training sessions on system functionalities.
• Facilitate company business systems to meet strategic and operational needs.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure systems meet ongoing business needs.
• Gather user feedback to assess system performance and identify improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and potential integrations.
• Assist with asset management and equipment deployment.
