Job summary

Talison Lithium is seeking a Training Superintendent to lead the Training and Development function at the Greenbushes operation in WA. You’ll drive capability across the site, ensuring training systems are effective, well-governed and aligned with safety and process objectives.

You will manage a high-performing team and translate strategy into practical learning initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Learning and Development leadership experience in a complex environment.
• Experience in mining/resources or high-risk industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into learning initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Training and Development governance and competency systems.
• Develop, review and maintain training programs aligned with objectives.
• Oversee training needs analysis, program development and scheduling across streams.
• Develop engaging training materials, including online/virtual learning.
• Monitor outcomes using feedback and data to drive improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver integrated programs.
• Prepare strategic plans, budgets and analytics for decision making.
• Lead and mentor the Training and Development team.
