Gelatissimo is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Training Store in Watsons Bay, Sydney. You’ll lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences while training new franchisees and team members.

You’ll trial new products with the Product Development team, support marketing campaigns, and help shape store standards across the network. A hands-on leader who owns operations and coaching will thrive here.

Formación

• First and foremost, you need to be a great Store Manager.
• Someone who understands what makes a store successful and enjoys being hands-on with their team.

Responsabilidades

• Running a successful store, driving sales, managing costs and delivering great customer experiences.
• Leading, coaching and developing your own store team.
• Working closely with our Training team to provide a fantastic learning environment for new franchisees and team members.
• Supporting new product trials with our Product Development team. You’ll often be one of the first to try what’s coming next!
• Getting involved in marketing campaigns, promotional activities and operational trials before they’re rolled out across the network.
• Maintaining high standards in food safety, presentation, service and store operations.
• Making the store a great example of how a Gelatissimo should operate.
