Job summary

Dusk is seeking a Manager in Training in Sydney, Australia, to step into a leadership role from day one and oversee store operations while learning the ropes of management. You’ll lead a team, shape our service standards, and drive store performance under guided leadership.

You’ll develop leadership capabilities on the job, with a clear pathway to taking the reins of your own store in the near future and contributing to a culture grounded in our values, customer connection and community presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver warm, welcoming and meaningful customer moments
• Drive results across service, sales, store presentation and operational excellence

• Support day-to-day operations including rostering, stock flow and visual merchandising
• Develop your leadership capability through on-the-ground coaching, feedback and growth conversations
