Gelatissimo is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Training Store in Watsons Bay, Sydney. You’ll lead daily operations, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer experiences while training new franchisees and team members.

You’ll trial new products with the Product Development team, support marketing campaigns, and help shape store standards across the network. A hands-on leader who owns operations and coaching will thrive here.

• Getting involved in marketing campaigns, promotional activities and operational trials before they’re rolled out across the network.
• Maintaining high standards in food safety, presentation, service and store operations.
• Making the store a great example of how a Gelatissimo should operate.

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Store Manager to take the lead at our Gelatissimo Training Store in beautiful Watsons Bay, Sydney.

But this isn’t your average Store Manager role!

Along with running a successful store, you’ll play an important part in training our new franchisees and team members, trialling exciting new products and helping bring our marketing campaigns to life.
