Gelatissimo is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Training Store in Watsons Bay, Sydney. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and manage costs while coaching and developing your team.

You will partner with Training, Product Development and Marketing to trial new products, support campaigns, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. A hands-on leader, you’ll ensure food safety and store standards are upheld daily.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a hospitality or food retail team.
• Strong rostering and labour-cost awareness.
• Ability to train and develop franchisees and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Run a successful Gelatissimo Training Store, driving sales and managing costs.
• Lead, coach and develop your store team.
• Collaborate with Training, Product Development and Marketing on trials and launches.
• Support new product trials and help roll out campaigns across the network.
• Maintain high standards in food safety, presentation and service.
• Serve as a great example of Gelatissimo operations.
