Qualifikationen

• Experience applying training development processes and tools to identify learning needs and improve user capability.
• A relevant degree or vocational qualification, with experience in a relevant training role.
• A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent, with relevant depth and breadth of experience highly desirable.
