Job summary

Murrin Murrin Operations, part of Glencore, is seeking a detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our WA site. You will coordinate training schedules, manage records, and be the first point of contact for training inquiries.

Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will support mobilisation, compliance and data integrity across LMS and site systems, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience using Learning Management Systems, Oracle or comparable enterprise systems.
• Strong documentation, data quality and compliance reporting skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently use LMS, site-access and contractor-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal training schedules, bookings and attendance for employees and contractors.
• Maintain training, competency, licences and site-entry records across approved systems.
• Act as first point of contact for training, compliance and site-entry enquiries.
• Create and manage courses, sessions, class lists and attendance records.
• Review/upload training certificates, licences and evidence; follow up gaps.
• Monitor compliance, training gaps and expiry requirements with reports.
• Support mobilisation, shutdowns and peak workforce periods for training needs.
• Maintain document control, data quality and records-management standards.
