Job summary

Baltic Group is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to lead onboarding and ensure site compliance across the Bowen Basin and Mackay Region from our Pleystowe office. You will manage inductions, licenses, and training progression, coordinating with site trainers and Directors to keep workflows compliant and efficient.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 38 hours, with a work phone and laptop provided.

Qualifications

Proven onboarding experience in the Mining sector.
Outstanding communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process from start to finish ensuring a seamless transition into the business.
Ensure current and new employees are site compliant - Using online portals and liaising with site trainers.
Book inductions for a number of sites in the Bowen Basin and Mackay Region.
Assist employees if there are compliance / lock out issues on all sites.
Provide a positive and professional experience for employees and new starters.
Manage and monitor employees' licenses / certificates ensuring they are kept up-to-date and booking the employee in for a new ticket or refresher when required.
Be the go-to communicator, confidently communicating with the Directors and Service Manager - Create a plan for employees regarding the schedule dates to ensure they are site ready and compliant
