Fortescue seeks an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join the Solomon mine training team on a 12-month secondment. Based at Western Hub on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, you will deliverOPF training, run competency assessments, inductions and VOCs to ensure safe, compliant operations.
You will build workforce capability, create engaging sessions, and collaborate with operational leaders, while maintaining training records in SuccessFactors.
Work Location: Fortescue’s Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples.

Based at Western Hub on an 8/6 roster, you will play a key role in supporting our operational teams by delivering high-quality training, conducting competency assessments, and ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and knowledge to operate safely and effectively.
