Job summary

MAX Solutions RTO seeks a Casual Trainer and Assessor to support SEE and AMEP programs in Cranbourne, VIC. You will engage students with learner-centered teaching methods and deliver across multiple sites.

You will identify barriers to learning, adapt communication for diverse learners including non-English speakers, and conduct pre-training assessments to meet contract requirements, helping learners achieve employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus TESOL.
• Or undergraduate degree with a postgraduate TESOL qualification or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Engage students using learner-centred teaching methods across multiple sites.

• Motivate and upskill participants to improve LLN and employment outcomes.

You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) and/ or the AMEP program.

Be part of making a difference in our students lives by improving their skills, knowledge and confidence through effective training and assessment

Qualifications:
