Job summary

MAX Solutions Logan, QLD is seeking a Casual Trainer and Assessor to support SEE/AMEP programs. You will engage students with varied learning techniques, maintain a student-centred approach and conduct pre-training assessments to meet contract requirements.

You will tailor delivery to diverse participants, including non-English speakers, identify barriers to attendance and motivate learners to build LLN skills and achieve employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus TESOL.
• Or undergraduate degree with a post graduate TESOL qualification.
• Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred.

You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) and/ or the AMEP program.

Qualifications:
