Teachers Health is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to guide assigned streams and Feature Teams within the Civica Ensure platform transformation. You will deliver outcomes on time and within scope, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs and third-party partners.
You will drive Agile delivery practices, manage risks and dependencies, and support adoption of new platform capabilities, while building strong cross‑functional relationships across internal teams and external partners.
The Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for leading assigned functional streams and Feature Teams within the Civica Ensure platform transformation program. You'll be accountable for delivering agreed business outcomes within scope, quality and project timelines while providing leadership across business, technical and vendor stakeholders.
Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs and third-party partners, you'll drive Agile delivery practices, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of new platform capabilities.
