Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Part-Time Certificate III Educator at Sydney Olympic Park Betty Cuthbert (90-place centre). You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide play-based learning, support children's wellbeing, and engage with families.

This role emphasises inclusive practice, safety, and compliance with NQF/NQS standards. Applicants should hold a Certificate III in ECEC, WWCC, current First Aid/CPR, and EYLF/NQS understanding.

Qualifications

• WWCC required and valid.
• First Aid/CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications current.
• EYLF and NQS knowledge helpful.
• ISS experience is a plus.

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Experience working with Inclusion Support Services (ISS) and supporting children with additional needs will be highly regarded.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
