Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Part-Time Diploma Educator for lunch cover across Schofields, Tallawong and Riverstone. Travel between centres with travel time paid and kilometres reimbursed. This 20-hour-per-week role supports play-based learning and child development in multiple services.

You will collaborate with teams, plan engaging programs, and help maintain high standards under EYLF/NQS while supporting wellbeing and inclusive environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• WWCC valid and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Child Protection training/certificate and knowledge of EYLF/NQS.
• Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

This is a 5 day part-time position (20 hours per week) that requires you to travel between our Schofields, Tallawong, Riverstone centres, providing support where it is needed most. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety, building relationships across multiple teams, and making a positive impact across several services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A current Australian driver's licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Mini Masterminds centres
