Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a passionate Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our Tallawong centre. You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver play-based learning experiences, support children's wellbeing, and build strong relationships with families.

The role requires Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, current First Aid/CPR, and knowledge of EYLF/NQS. Benefits include above-award wages, staff discounts, PD opportunities, and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• WWCC is mandatory.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications required.

• Basic knowledge of EYLF and NQS.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Current Child Protection training/certificate

Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Preferably 1+ years' experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
