Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking 2 full-time Certificate III Educators at Riverstone Campbell St. Join a values-driven team delivering safe, nurturing, play-based learning for children in a 72-place centre.

You will collaborate with a supportive leadership team, observe and document learning, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with NQF and NQS.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current WWCC and medical certifications (First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis) are required.
• Current Child Protection training and EYLF/NQS knowledge are expected.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document children's learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care.

We are currently seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educators to join our team at Mini Masterminds Riverstone Campbell St (72-place centre).

About The Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You’ll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

About You

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
