Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment (bar, restaurant, bottleshop, gaming).
• Desirable experience leading or coaching hospitality teams on shift.
• Motivation to build a long-term career in hospitality with a management pathway.
• Current RSA and RSG (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Learn and adapt quickly to venue operations across multiple outlets.
• Supervise venue operations (bar, restaurant, retail or gaming) in a fast-paced setting.
• Motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy environment.
• Support promotions, events and functions to drive sales and enhance the venue experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS procedures with till reconciliation accuracy.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
