Responsibilities

• Support and learn from an experienced Strata Manager, with hands-on training and structured induction
• Assist with end to end management of a portfolio across a diverse range of Bodies Corporate
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with trades and external service providers
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, owners, committee members, and stakeholders
• Assist with risk and insurance requirements, including annual fire safety inspections and insurance renewals
• Progressively take ownership of a small strata portfolio as part of your development into a Strata Manager
