Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to handle a capped portfolio and realistic workload, with strong support and career progression. You’ll operate from a modern five‑level office located in a prime area, with onsite parking and a Philippines-based admin team providing robust support.

The role offers a generous salary package (>$200,000 with Schedule B’s), with one day of work‑from‑home after probation and casual Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ strata management experience required.
• Solid organisational skills with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in chairing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Owners Corporations.
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM).
• Draft and issue breach of by‑law letters and formal notices to comply.
• Liaise with developers, builders, and committees on defects and maintenance matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
