Qualifications

• Experience as a Volkswagen Service Advisor is highly regarded.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good computer literacy and data handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
• Explain service options and process.
• Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
• Order parts where applicable.
• Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
• Booking customers' vehicle services via email, phone or in person.
• Prepare Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution and prompt invoicing.

• Prior experience as a Volkswagen Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
• The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong computer and literacy skills.
