Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive Tweed Heads is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and workshop, ensuring every vehicle is cared for and clients leave confident in the service received. You will greet customers, manage bookings, prepare repair orders, and liaise with technicians to keep work on track while delivering timely updates and honest recommendations.

About the role:

As a Service Advisor, you are the key connection between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle is looked after and every client leaves feeling confident in the care their car received.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings, giving you genuine variety across each shift
• Preparing and presenting repair orders accurately, building trust with customers through clear communication
• Liaising with technicians to keep jobs on track and customers updated throughout the process
• Following up on vehicle progress and ensuring timely delivery, so customers walk away satisfied every time
• Identifying additional service needs and presenting them honestly, contributing directly to workshop performance
• Handling customer queries and resolving concerns with confidence and care
