Bosch Rexroth in Brisbane, QLD is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to deliver service, fault finding, repairs, and commissioning of hydraulic systems onsite and in the workshop. You will work independently within a close-knit team, representing the business and maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a trade qualification in hydraulics or mechanical fitting, field service experience, and strong diagnostic skills, with SAP exposure considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or hydraulics is required.
• Experience in field service, repairs and maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Experience in mining, industrial or heavy equipment environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in the field.
• Excellent communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Attention to safety and quality standards; SAP experience desirable.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service and breakdown requests, perform fault finding and repairs.
• Diagnose hydraulic issues and test to restore performance.
• Install, commission and test hydraulic systems and projects.
• Conduct system analysis and suggest maintenance or modernization.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Identify spare parts and service opportunities to support customers.
• Prepare service reports, quotations and quality documentation.
