Are you passionate about agriculture and keen to start a hands‑on career in seed technology? We are currently seeking a Trainee Seed Treatment Operator based in Griffith to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in film coating, seed encrusting, and pelleting operations
• Operate and maintain seed treatment machinery
• Support quality control and product handling
• Learn industry best practices and safety protocols. (WHS)

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in seed processing and treatment technologies.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes and operate processing machines.
• Well organised, hardworking and a team player
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
• Valid forklift licence (LF) is desirable, or willing to obtain.
• Previous experience not required but would be an added advantage.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.
