Job summary

Plan B Group, based in Geelong, is seeking a Trainee Project Manager to join our high-performing Project Management Team. You will support electrical design coordination, attend site inspections, coordinate contractors, and assist with project documentation.

This role suits someone with strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills, plus a current Victorian driver’s license and the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Must be based in or around Geelong.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence, or Australian equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design specifications for installations within set timeframes.
• Attend site inspections and project meetings.
• Coordinate and manage contractors.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Liaise with power authorities and build strong client relationships.
