Job summary

The role requires a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice and will suit someone with strong interpersonal, analytical and time‑management skills, plus a current Victorian driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate IV in Project Management Practice (BSB40920) or higher.
• Knowledge of the Victorian Electrical Distribution industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail with a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence, or Australian equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical design specifications for installations within set timeframes.
• Attend site inspections and project meetings.
• Coordinate and manage contractors.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Liaise with power authorities and build strong client relationships.
• Quality assess project outcomes and refer final approvals to company engineers and management.
• Work independently and as part of a team while upholding the Plan B values and behaviours.
