We’re looking for motivated people who are ready to learn, develop and build a career in the mining industry to join our team as a Trainee Process Operator.
This is a 12 month traineeship designed to provide you with hands‑on experience, quality training and real‑world exposure to mining processing operations. You’ll work alongside experienced Process Operators, developing the skills and knowledge required to operate a processing plant safely and effectively. On successful completion of the traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role with Gold Fields.

As a Trainee Process Operator, you’ll work alongside experienced operators to learn how to safely operate and monitor different areas of the processing plant.
