Job summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team in Croydon.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs. Provide recommendations and solutions based on their vehicle specifications and requirements.
• Utilise parts catalogues and databases to identify and locate the correct parts and accessories.
• Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders, and keeping the parts area organised.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers and service technicians on parts and repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory changes.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience or a genuine passion to learn about vehicle parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers to look up information and enter data.
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence
