Job summary

Clintons Toyota in Sydney is seeking a motivated Used Car Coordinator to join the Sales team at Gregory Hills. The role focuses on sourcing quality used stock, engaging with customers, and managing acquisitions from initial contact to completion.

You will inspect vehicles on-site, assess trade-in values, and maintain accurate records while supporting marketing initiatives and professional vehicle presentation. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing used vehicles from online platforms and local networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Ability to inspect vehicles and assess value on-site.
• Current valid driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire quality used vehicles through online platforms, customer databases, service departments, and proactive market prospecting.
• Manage inbound and outbound acquisition enquiries, book appointments, and build relationships with potential vehicle sellers.
• Conduct on-site vehicle inspections, appraisals, and assessments at customer locations, providing recommendations for purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, inspections, and acquisitions while ensuring all opportunities are followed through to completion.
• Support dealership growth through social media marketing, We Buy Cars campaigns, service drive engagement, and maintaining professional vehicle presentation standards

We are seeking a highly motivated Used Car Coordinator to join our growing Sales team at Gregory Hills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about vehicles, customer engagement, and sourcing quality stock in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire quality used vehicles through online platforms, customer databases, service departments, and proactive market prospecting.
• Manage inbound and outbound acquisition enquiries, book appointments, and build relationships with potential vehicle sellers.
• Conduct on-site vehicle inspections, appraisals, and assessments at customer locations, providing recommendations for purchase.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, inspections, and acquisitions while ensuring all opportunities are followed through to completion.
• Support dealership growth through social media marketing, "We Buy Cars" campaigns, service drive engagement, and maintaining professional vehicle presentation standards

What We're Looking For

• Passion for the automotive industry and vehicle acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers
• Experience using Carsales, Facebook Marketplace, Iappraise, Autograb, or similar platforms highly regarded
• Current and valid driver's licence
