Job summary

Guppy’s Early Learning Centre in Caboolture is seeking a passionate, reliable childcare educator/trainee to join our supportive team. You will work with qualified early learning professionals to provide high-quality care, promote learning, and help children develop essential skills in a play-based environment.

This is a part-time position. We offer a friendly, family atmosphere with onsite parking, above award conditions, internal training, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent is required or to be enrolled
• Blue Card current or obtainable
• Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications or willingness to obtain
• Good understanding of Early Years Quality Framework
• Knowledge of Regulation and Accreditation guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Passion for children

Skills and Experience

• Holds or is willing to enrol in a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent
• Current Blue Card
