Job summary

MobReady in NSW/ACT is seeking a Trainee Coordinator to rotate across contract service lines and support contract management. The role includes data collection, reporting, and administrative duties, with regular interaction with client teams and external providers.

You will be supported to learn across rotations, contribute to service delivery, and align with MobReady's commitment to Aboriginal peoples and sustainable careers.

Qualifications

• Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
• Pass a police check.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in and support the relevant team in providing services for clients, including
• Data/information collection, validation, management, and upload to C&W's reporting platforms
• Report writing and communication as required
• Assist the team in administrative activities as required
• Participate as required in meetings, forums and working group as required
• Leadership
• Represent the values of the business to our internal and external customers
• Develop an understanding of the offerings of the business
• Key Measures
• Adherence to business values
• Tasks completed within the agreed time, with a consistent quality of work output
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
