Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, monitoring and maintenance of the Bank's technology infrastructure.
• Support routine maintenance, testing, upgrades and service delivery activities.
• Assist with investigating and resolving technology issues under guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and technical documentation.
• Complete all requirements of the traineeship qualification.
• Participate in coaching, training and workplace learning activities.
