AVADA Group is seeking a Traffic Management Implementer to join our team in Queensland. You will set up, operate, and remove traffic management equipment, implement traffic management plans, and work closely with Traffic Controllers and site teams to keep worksites safe.

The role requires current TMI and Traffic Control licences, a valid Australian Driver's Licence, a White Card, and a strong commitment to safety. Outdoor work and teamwork are essential.

As a Traffic Management Implementer (TMI), you'll work across a range of roadworks, civil construction and traffic management projects. Your day-to-day work may include setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management equipment, implementing traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes, working safely around live traffic and construction sites, checking traffic management setups and making adjustments when required, working closely with Traffic Controllers, Supervisors and site teams, following safety procedures and client requirements, and helping create a safe environment for workers and the public.
