Susquehanna International Group – Sydney NSW is seeking an Operations Technology Analyst to join our Trading Operations team. This technology-led role connects business workflows with our Technology teams to build scalable solutions and automate processes.

You’ll work across the full development lifecycle, applying engineering discipline and exploring AI-enabled architectures from the ground up, with rotations across APAC to build a broad end-to-end understanding of trading operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field.
• Experience taking solutions through the software development lifecycle.
• Financial markets or Trading Operations experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test and maintain technology solutions for Trading Operations.
• Translate operational problems into effective technical solutions bridging business and technology.
• Develop applications using Python, SQL, and related technologies to automate processes.
• Help design AI-enabled solutions as part of the underlying architecture.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle with strong engineering principles.
• Rotate across Trading Operations to gain end-to-end understanding of trade lifecycles.
• Support projects and day-to-day activities with hands-on technology-led improvements.
